Data Recovery from SSD drives

Solid State Drives offer massive improvements in speed and reliability to data storage using a completely different architecture than mechanical hard drives. Due to the Nature or Architecture of SSD's, recovering data using conventional methods would be primarily unsuccessful. My research is on the viability of recovering data off of SSD drives.
